Art Attack!

What a fantastic week we have had across the Federation. Children from all classes have been involved in completing artistic tasks together with Junior classes pairing up with Infant classes. There has been some varied creations and some exceptional interactions between our pupils. Everyone had a great time and found the experiences very rewarding. 

It was positive also to host our presentation evening with our new Year 3 parents at the Junior school. Many turned up to participate and I enjoyed taking parents around for them to see what the Junior school has to offer. 

I really enjoyed teaching Caterpillars on Wednesday especially looking at their baby photos and seeing how they had changed since then. Mrs. Mangili and I even threw in our younger selves and  we were not easy to identify, indicating that perhaps we had changed the most since those days. They all did really well and were a pleasure to interact with. 

Thank you for all the donations of tombola and raffle prizes for our Summer Fayre. They were all gratefully received. 

Next week, we have the Year 2 children visiting to take part in a French lesson as part of their transition.
