Year 1 and Year 4 Outdoor Learning History Project

This cross-phase project involving the Year 1 and Year 4 children enabled all to take the learning outdoors.  The children used maps of the school grounds to locate and collect various timeline cards which they ordered, then selected one to represent using items that they found outside. There were some excellent map reading skills and knowledge of timelines on show from all pupils.
